Seventh Home Win Beckons for the Swans

Swansea took advantage of Bournemouth’s postponed fixture against Millwall on Boxing Day to move into the automatic promotion places and Steve Cooper’s side look unlikely to relinquish their position when they take on Reading this Wednesday night.

The Swans comfortably beat QPR 0-2 at Loftus Road to record their fourth league victory in six and they look well-priced to follow-up against the Royals this week at around even money.

Swansea have won six and lost just one of their ten matches at the Liberty Stadium this season, so it’s hard to envisage anything other than a home success on Wednesday evening with visitors Reading winning just one and losing three of their last half dozen outings on the road.

Reading are just three points behind the Swans in sixth but that’s primarily due to their barnstorming start to the campaign.
